But still, google checks the click-through rate of ads and selects those that have the highest bid and the best click-through rate. Both factors are important. So a lower-bid ad shows up if the click-through rate is high and the overall result is better. So, yes, advertisers have to do with the fact that the porn ads show up, but there is also a lot of statistics involved.</description>
